Unfortunately as lovely as this hat is for others it wasn’t suitable for me but I can’t fault delivery, packaging and customer service which was first class. Please order for yourself as I am sure my needs aren’t normal.

Very easy. I was able to share the site with my cousin to choose what she liked as she begins her chemo journey. Love the little videos, very helpful. I somehow missed the free gift…it said it would be added at the end, and I don’t think it was.

very soft on my poor chemo head! However, a little disappointed as after the first wash on 20degrees and "air" dried, this hat had shrunk and even though I've now lost all my hair, it's too small! Such a shame as a lovely hat!
