When I first started Chemotherapy Headwear over 13 years ago, I had two styles, the Lucy sleep hat and I then attached a scarf to it to make tying a head scarf much easier to manage when undergoing treatment or just after surgery.
Over the years, I have added to the range but this year we have come on leaps and bounds thanks to the wonderful advice, support and feedback from our lovely customers. I introduced the slouch beanie about a year ago and it has been a firm favourite ever since, so this year I have added to the range. It was a bit of a battle finding the fabrics I wanted at the right quality and colour - I am a stickler for things being right so I have to be honest, it took a while...... and then came COVID-19 and everything shut, putting all my plans on the back burner for at least 8 months.
January came and went, then all of a sudden the fabrics arrived and they were looking gorgeous! I don't think they were in the studio for 5 minutes before I turned them round and sent them off to our factory to be sewn into gorgeous, comfortable beanies that would in their own small way, help lots of women around the world cope with hair loss.
So, it is without further ado that I introduce you to the Molly beanie range - full of vibrant prints, soft pastels and muted earthy tones. Don't worry, our Lucy chemo hats won't be going anywhere - the beanies are just another alternative if you want a more contemporary style.
Let me know what you think of them!
